OmCulture Greenlake's unique studio is available to rent for workshops, events, small group gatherings, & more!
OmCulture Greenlake is a beautiful, non-heated studio located in the Greenlake neighborhood, just one block east of the lake. It features a warm and inviting lobby with a tea lounge, a 1,000 sq.ft. studio with hardwood floors, and two private therapy suites. The studio comfortably holds 30 people on yoga mats, and features a wall of mirrors, two walls of ballet barres, and three overhead bars.
RENTAL RATE
Main Studio: $75 per hour
*2 hour minimum*
We have a small, affordable therapy room available for rent on a regular basis by massage or other body-work practitioners. Email yoga@omculture.com with your information or questions.

Interested in renting our Greenlake studio? Fill out this form to give us more information, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please check our booking calendar before giving us your desired date. Please provide more than one date and time if the one you’d like is not available.
OmCulture reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $50 and/or require a refundable security deposit at 25% the cost of the rental, applied at the studio’s discretion. Deposits must be made in the form of a check.
We have a standard 30 day cancellation policy: Guests who cancel their Booking at least 30 days before the event start time will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests who cancel their Booking between 30 and 7 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable. *Management reserves the right to cancel your rental in the event of extenuating circumstances.*
Your event is not considered booked until we receive payment in full. We accept cash, check and credit cards. No American Express.
