Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party. We do not share bank or credit card information with anyone.

Cancellations and Refunds

 

Class Pass & Groupon Cancellations and Refunds

Class Passes are non refundable, however they are transferable to other persons. All class passes with the exception of our new member 5 class pass and new member 1 month unlimited pass have a 6 month expiration date.   All Groupons also have a 6 month expiration date and can only be purchased and used by those who are first time visitors to our studio.  If you have practiced at our studio and bought a 2nd groupon hoping to use it at our studio, we will not be able to honor it.  You can contact groupon directly for a refund or you can gift it to a friend who has not yet visited our studio.

 

If you have signed up online for a class and cannot make it, we can remove you from the class so your active pass is not used if you give us 2 hours notice by phone that you will not be coming.

 

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

All workshop payments are non-refundable.  We can provide an account credit for workshop purchases if you cannot attend only if you give us two weeks notice that you're unable to make it so that other students have the opportunity to fill your vacancy. 

Gift Cards Refunds

Gift Cards are non refundable or returnable. If purchased for a specific pass, they can not be used as cash.

 

Membership Cancellation

Membership’s automatic payments are non refundable after having been processed, unless a mistake was made on our part. Memberships are non-transferable to another person. We can cancel your auto-pay contract under some circumstances (unexpected move, change in income, injury/illness, etc.)

 

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Workshop cancellations require a 48 hour email notice before the workshop takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. All refunds will incur a 20% administration fee, or you can get a full refund credited to your OmCulture account (which can be used toward any purchase). Workshop cancellation requests must be sent by email to: yoga@omculture.com. Absence to a workshop or event is non refundable.

Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your OmCulture account if you choose.

Studio Maximum Capacity

OmCulture is fortunate to have a large practice space in which classes are held. However, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class. Once this number of people are registered for class, we will ask that remaining students return to take a different class. Registering online is recommended to save a spot in class, but if you register online and come late to class and the space is already full, we will kindly ask that you return to a another class.

Latecomers

Students can arrive a maximum of 10 minutes late (for yoga classes)! Latecomers should wait for seated meditation/centering to finish before entering the room. No latecomers will be admitted 10 minutes after class has started, and we will kindly ask that you come to a different class if you show up more than 10 minutes late.

Inclement Weather Cancellations

In an effort to keep everyone safe during inclement weather we will need to cancel classes from time to time. If King County Public Schools are closed, day classes will be cancelled. For updates on holiday class schedules and cancellations, please check our online schedule.

Lost & Found

We provide a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month, these items, including yoga mats, are removed and donated or disposed of. So please contact us in good time if you think you've left something at OmCulture! We keep valuables (keys, wallets, phones) longer. ID is required for pick up.

OmCulture will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items, under any circumstances.

Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.
