Now more than ever we need tools to keep us grounded and grateful in the present moment. I invite you to pause, take a deep breath and appreciate the clothes on your skin, the shelter around you, the song of the birds and the beauty of the spring blossoms. What are you feeling? Can you make space to allow for all of your feelings while staying grounded in gratitude for every single healthy breath that moves through your lungs? We have so much to be grateful for and can choose to dwell in a space where love conquers fear even in these uncertain & challenging times. Now is an excellent time to start a daily gratitude practice. Pause for a few minutes daily and write down 3 things for which you are grateful. Focus on the positive so you can embody each moment with more grace, acceptance, peace, joy and gratitude. How we spend our days is how we spend our lives. Choose to discover the deep sense of peace within that becomes more easily accessible with your daily practice of yoga. If you don't have time for a full asana practice, remember that you can still pause, close your eyes and feel grounded just by turning your attention to the quality of your breath and feeling grateful for it! Thank you for taking excellent care of yourself with your daily yoga practice including these small moments of pause. When you can make the time for 60-75 minutes of self care, enjoy a full practice with our amazing team of teachers.
