During the workshop you’ll learn mindfulness techniques to: improve your focus, help you find ease in stressful situations, restore your nervous system, and find more joy in life.
Each session is different and may include some movement and/or breath work to help settle the body, and prepare the mind to learn and apply mindfulness techniques. The latter half of each session will be spent actively practicing the technique.
The sessions are structured to build on each other and students will have the opportunity to reflect, journal, and discuss how they are experiencing the practice. $30/session
All sessions will be streamed live online. The final session will include the option to gather in studio and will offer the opportunity to connect with an accountability buddy to support you in the continuation and growth of your mindfulness practices.
