• Preferred date and time (please reference our Events Calendar to see what times are already booked)
• Total amount of time necessary for your event, including set-up and take-down time
• Brief description of your event, including estimated number of attendants and any special arrangements or plans for the event and the OmCulture space
• Primary contact person and information, including email address and phone number
