OmKids Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties are a blast at OmCulture!

Enjoy 2 hours of fun with our full Play Gym setup.

We book birthday parties in three hour windows: two hours for play, with a half hour on either end for setup and cleanup. We typically book parties from 10am-12pm (9:30 - 12:30 total time) and 1-3pm (12:30 - 3:30 total time) on Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes we can book one after that, as well.

Our parties are getting very popular! Please let us know well in advance if you'd like to book one. Sometimes we can accomodate a request for a party that's just a week or so out, so do contact us - but that's getting more and more rare these days.

Birthday parties are $250 for up to 20 kids, $300 for up to 30 kids,  and $350 for 40 kids max. (There's no charge for accompanying adults.) This includes facilitation by experienced, enthusiastic OmKids staff, tailored to the interests and age level of your child and their friends. We'll run a crafts table, lead song and rhythm circles, do facepainting, or just help them have the maximum amount of safe fun on our play equipment. Your child's birthday party will surely be an event to remember!

You are welcome to bring food & drinks and use our tables and chairs - just be sure to leave the space as you found it. We'll help you sort compostables and recyclables.

Okay, I definitely want to book a party! Can you tell me more about...

Tables - We have two table options, and you can let your facilitator know when you arrive which you would prefer and she will set them up right away for you. Our options are 2.5 ft x 8 ft tables, or 2.5 ft x 4 ft tables. We also have tablecloths that fit both of those sizes. Kids will spend very little time sitting down...they tend to eat their treats and get right back to playing!

Tips - Since facilitating the parties is a customer service-oriented position, we encourage our ladies to go all out showing you a good time. They bring special, unique, and varied skills to the party, and they really give it their all. If you agree wholeheartedly, consider tipping your facilitator. It's optional, but we'd love you to consider a special treat for our hard-working entertainers.

Activities - The activities can vary depending on the facilitator, but typically all of the following are offered as options from which to choose two: facepainting, a craft table, a song circle, and/or a rhythm circle. You can let her know when you arrive which activities you would prefer and we will have all of the resources available to make that happen! Keep in mind that just one or two activities will be all that most groups need. They tend to stay very engaged with trampolining, swinging, running, jumping, and making the most of our play equipment!

Refunds - We'd do a full refund up until 10 days before the party. If you cancel 3-9 days beforehand, that would be a half refund. 2 days or less would not garner you a refund - at that point, we'd still have to pay our scheduled employee, but would not have work for her to do, so that really puts us in a bind.
