Hatha Yoga Develop balance, strength, flexibility, and breath control in held postures with this alignment-based class. Class is for students at all levels of their yoga practice.
Hatha Flow Yoga Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement. Classes are based around the the fluid movements of the sun salutation and other breath-directed movements.
Partner/Acro Yoga All levels welcome. All adult ages. All group sizes, including groups of one. When we communicate well, trust, and set out with the intention to work together, our potential is enormous. Blending basic acrobatic techniques with the spirit and wisdom of yoga, we develop a sense of alignment and the spotting skills necessary to progress to new places safely. Challenge yourself in totally new ways while developing a sense of strength, presence and connection. Paul and Eza celebrate both attempts and breakthroughs, offering opportunities to go beyond your perceived limits by giving and receiving with others. It is a blessing to be able to serve the Om Culture Community in this way and to offer practice and play space for the gorgeous, growing AcroYoga Tribe.
