Class DescriptionsEuphoria Dance: A Dance Odyssey Returning Home to Spirit! Euphoria is an hour and 40 minutes of music seamlessly mixed, beginning gently, building to, and sustaining a crescendo of high energy for a brief period of time, then returning to a peaceful conclusion. This environment, conducive to discovery may lead an individual to an exploration of their inner landscape. We begin with an opening circle creating sacred space, dance to the music, and close with a sharing circle. Come join us on our Odyssey each week on Tuesday evening.
Hatha Yoga Develop balance, strength, flexibility, and breath control in held postures with this alignment-based class. Class is for students at all levels of their yoga practice.
Hatha Flow Yoga Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement. Classes are based around the the fluid movements of the sun salutation and other breath-directed movements.
